The Neely Road Project involves surface water draining through and into an urban area located in American Township.  Currently under storm conditions, water collects on the south side of the road and floods the roadway and adjacent house lots.

The proposed project will involve constructing a surface overflow and tile installation between two existing house lots to handle the excess storm runoff.

The proposed project will be presented to the affected landowners at a public hearing scheduled for Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 10:30 AM.  The location has yet to be determined.  It will affect almost 30 landowners in a 98 acre watershed area.
