HOLLENBACHER GROUP TILE The John
Hollenbacher Group Tile Project is located west of
Stewart Road in Bath Township, Allen County, Ohio. It involves repair or replacement of a relatively small
tile
outlet system, which currently drains the agricultural land and several
home
sites in the area. Preliminary work has
begun on the watershed area and parcel research.A Viewing and preliminary Hearing date have not been established at this time. If survey work is granted, it will be completed this winter with the plan to install the outlet late next spring or in early summer of 2006. Current Update as of January 18,2006: The Viewing and Preliminary Hearing was held on November 9, 2005 at the Hollenbacher residence. The Allen Soil & Water Conservation
Board of Supervisors and affected landowners viewed the site and
determined more investigations were needed before a full survey would be
done. The office staff will work with the adjacent landowners to determine
the extent of repairs needed. |
